Each day you will receive a coaching email to guide and encourage you, but there are no live calls or required check-ins, unless you choose that option.
Support is provided through daily coaching emails delivered directly to your inbox. These emails offer guidance, mindset coaching, and encouragement to help you stay grounded and consistent throughout the 28 days. If you want individual guidance, you can add a private 1:1 coaching session or join one of the quarterly cohorts to do the challenge together.
Most challenges rely on intensity, strict rules, or external motivation. This challenge focuses on consistency, awareness, and learning how to support your body in a realistic way, especially during midlife. The goal is not to overhaul your life in 28 days, but to help you build momentum you can continue.
This challenge is intentionally designed to be accessible. You are receiving 28 days of online guided coaching, structured resources, and practical tools that you can return to again and again. Yes. Every quarter, there's an optional add-on for women who want more community, support, coaching, and accountability as they walk through the 28 days.
Inside the cohort, you’ll have weekly live calls, daily encouragement, and a small group of women doing this with you so you’re not trying to stay consistent alone.
The next cohort begins June 8th, and you’ll have the option to join after you purchase the program.
For women who want individual support, you may add a private 30-minute coaching session.
This call is a space to ask questions, work through obstacles, and receive clear next steps based on where you are right now. Add an optional 30-minute 1:1 coaching session for just $99!
